We do not accept returns sent with FEDEX due to their import tax payment upfront system.
Any non-faulty items can be returned within 14 days for refund. There will be up to 20% fee and 'actual' postal costs and chlorination costs will not be refunded. Items must be returned with original packaging and be unused and unworn. Return postal charges are to be paid by the consumer. If you wish to exchange an item for different size or colour then re-chlorination and return postal charges will apply along with up to 20% fee. If payment was made by Paypal then the Paypal fees will be charged if the refund is not processed within 2 months.
If the item is faulty upon arrival then a full refund will be given including tracked postal charges (not couriers) but you must email upon the parcels arrival and send it back within 7 days with details of the fault. The item will then be examined to determine the cause of fault.
When returning items from outside the EU then you will need to declare that; the items are being 'returned' so we do not to incur any import taxes. Failing to do so will result in us not accepting the parcel and customs will either keep or return your parcel to you.
Please Note: Non GBP Customers. Refunds are paid in U.K Sterling and will be converted back into Euros by the banks. Therefore some difference may occur in the price you paid to the amount you receive due to the banks exchange rate difference between buying and selling Euros. This is out of our control and we gain no monies from these transactions.
