This super large inflatable rubber ball hood is double layered with the air filling between the two layers when inflated. As it inflates the inner layer pushes inwards towards your face so the more it inflates the tighter it gets. It has a breathing tube inside that come out at the top of the hood. It has no zip so keeps the total sphere ball shape. Encasement rubber smothering fun !
